Responsibilities :
- Project and new business opportunity analysis, planning and presentation support
- Coordination of division reporting to senior management
- Support to division operations for business improvement
- Coordination of due diligence on contracts and new agreements with partners
- Analytical review of the business performance against budget and latest forecasts
- Update of Year to Go forecast with Business Planning and Analysis Hub
- Support to budget and strategic planning cycles
- Review of expenses and budget monitoring including capital expenditure and cash flow
- Oversight of internal controls within division operations and support to internal audit procedures and subsequent follow-up actions
- Develop and implement operational efficiencies
- Perform ad-hoc projects and provide support to other divisions when required
- Participation in corporate wide projects as necessary
Requirements :
- University graduate in Finance or related discipline with ACA / CPA qualifications; MBA a plus
- 3 ¡V 5 years solid experience in business analysis and operational support in sizable companies; preferably in consumer products / fashion business field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words; knowledge in SAP a plus
- Strong in financial modeling and analytical skills
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Able to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen
- A strong team player and able to work with colleagues across the organization
- Self-starter with a strong drive to complete tasks effectively and accurately within tight deadline
- High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
