General Manager/Operation Director (TM-101-01-AL)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

LOCATION: Bangkok

REPORTING TO: Group CEO

THE COMPANY: One of the leading companies in the global market in its niche of high tech industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the entire operational activities of the manufacturing plant in Amata Nakorn with full P&L responsibility.
• Set development targets and KPIs for production, engineering, costing, quality, SCM, logistics, purchasing, facilities, finance, HR and administration.
• Establish strategic plans to meet business objectives and sales targets
• Work closely with sales team to develop new business opportunities and provide customer service support activities.

Requirements:

THE CANDIDATE

• Male/female, 38 years old or above. Position open for expatriates
• Academic degree. Master degree from abroad a plus.
• 15 years experience in senior level, preferably in electronic manufacturing.
• Multifunctional skills (productions, supply chain, finance, people skills etc.) and interest in innovative technical development
• Result oriented and customer focused
• Proven hands-on leadership qualities to drive and motivate teams to extraordinary levels of achievements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
