| The incumbent will assist the Pricing Manager in implementing Catering / Food & Beverage programs where costs and prices are properly controlled and maintained to achieve best profit for the Company. He / She will assist in preparing quotation to meet customers' requirement, maintaining the information in computer system as well as consolidating information from different departments for accurate pricing.
Requirements: - Degree holder in Business Administration, Hotel and Catering Management or related disciplines - Minimum 1 year experience preferably in food industry - Good computer literate, especially MS Excel - Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese - Pleasant in personality, well organized, attention to details and willing to learn and capability to work under pressure
