| | | Our Client is a multinational US IT vendor listed in NASDAQ with its Greater China office in Hong Kong. It sells hardware, software and also end-to-end business solutions to major corporations & multinational companies. It works closely with a wide range of business partners in their solution selling. Successful candidate will be awarded with good numeration package for a 6-month contract term. Office location is at key business location along HK Island MTR. This is a 5-workday company.
Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
- Support all financial aspects including revenue management, financial planning & analysis, sales deal and margin review, budgeting, and audit associated with 3 - 4 business lines within the company.
- Review IT service deals, professional services & customer services, relevant 'Statement of Work', sales contracts, and margin analysis.
- Ensure compliance of revenue recognition and accounting rules and compliance of internal control measures and SOX S404.
- Perform fiduciary responsibilities and due diligence on business operation and processes. Take the lead in any business system enhancement or development when required.
- Prepare financial and management reports for best business decision-making support.
- Handle accounting closes and audit requirements for financial statements and business processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree graduate of accounting / finance or equivalent
- 5 - 6 years of accounting and financial analysis experience preferably with multinational companies
- Certified with HKICPA, ACCA or similar professional accounting bodies
- Prior working experience with high-tech companies will have advantage
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle financial will be a plus
- Good inter personal skills and communications skills
- An independent person who can work under pressure
