Housekeeping Supervisor Post Date: 11 Jan 10

Responsibilities: Managing a team of cleaners to ensure the cleaning standard in Pure outlets met with company expectation Coordinating with Operations Managers / Supervisors for any deep cleaning schedule and discipline of the cleaners Scheduling regular deep cleaning and monitor the standard Reviewing the current cleaning method and establish new one if necessary Training new and existing cleaners in Pure standard way of cleaning skills Coordinating with laundry vendor and reviewing the services they provide on the towels and exercise gears conditions Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ housekeeping experience at a similar level preferably in hotel industry Strong ability to build teamwork, resolve conflicts, motivate and manage people Strong planning and organizing skills with ability to develop policies and procedure Training and development ability (delivering training to a varied audience) Strong ability to communicate clearly and convincingly in spoken and written English and Cantonese Please forward a detailed resume and stating your availability, current and expected salary to HR@pure-international.com or by fax to: 3520 1280.
